Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48, Episode 8
Well, David went from someone I thought had a solid chance of winning to this game to no chance really quickly. I'm pretty shocked at how quickly he fell apart. That wasn't great, but what was great was the Journey Challenge.
Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48, Episode 7
This was one of the funnier Immunity Challenges in recent memory. All of the smack talk was great, but then we got Shauhin getting edited into the music of the montage sequence and Jeff giving an impromptu plug to apply to the show.
Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48, Episode 6
This is a merge with extra steps. Apart from that nonsense, this was a fun episode of Survivor as we raced to the bottom. I enjoyed watching the other castaways just dunk on these two as they decided who to vote out.
Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48, Episode 5
This episode was so close to being perfect. Everything involving Joe and Eva was just so sweet. I definitely wasn't crying right alongside Jeff.
Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48, Episode 4
I knew this episode was going to be a bummer. I really liked everyone on the tribe, but someone had to go and, of course, it had to be my winner pick. That said, this was a fun episode. There was some excellent gameplay and I really enjoyed the dynamics on all of the new tribes.
Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48, Episode 3
Wow, that was certainly an episode of Survivor! I think Cedrek's flip at Tribal Council is one of the worst moves we've ever seen in the premerge. I'd love to hear some other potential contenders for worst premerge move of all time.
Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48, Episode 2
Sigh. We were so close. If only Cedrek had kept quiet. I would have loved to see Sai go home tonight. It would have been so great. Alas, it was not to be.
Ryan’s Analysis: Survivor 48 Premiere
Survivor is back, baby! And, boy, am I excited about this season and this cast. I like almost everybody so far and one of the only people I wasn't a fan of went home!
